Coastal Track (Royal National Park) with Russell
Highlights
- Swimming in the Figure of Eight pools.
- Delicious stir fry dinner
- Russell's favourite expression at the moment: "I love a bit of hot _____ action."
- Eagle Rock
- Jumping into the water at Wattamola
- Doing some leaping
- Getting photos of a beautiful falcon
- Pizza at the end of the hike
- Getting to the last ferry with literally seconds to spare (thanks to the waitress)

Exploring the hidden gems of The Central Coast
What a wonderful weekend at The Central Coast. Chrisèl introduced me to some beautiful spots off the beaten track that I never knew existed like the exquisite Maitland Bay.
Here are just some of the highlights:

- Getting to meet the lovely Mr Moo - what a lovely kitty.
- The amazing weather on Saturday - beautiful and warm with blue skies.
- A wonderful, bracing swim at Maitland Bay.
- Finding Chrisèl's earrings on the beach - they obviously wanted to be found.
- Getting to try out Chrisèl's super duper 30x zoom on her new camera - a case of camera envy!
- Being in awe of Chrisèl's amazing, agile yoga poses.
- Doing lots of leaps. Good exercise for the soul.
- A lovely evening walk and sunrise at Hardy's Bay.
- On Saturday evening, a delicious dinner comprising a smorgasbord of starters at Hardy's Bay Bistro.
- The amazing rock formations on the beaches - one of my favourite aspects of Sydney.
- The sight of the full moon.
- Lovely walks along the beach.
- The chance to revisit one of my favourite beaches, Forrester's.
- Lots of cups of tea - a new but healthy addiction.
- A Lyrebird coming right up to the house - I was twitching big time!
- Heavenly stir-fry with two new found delights: corriander seeds and broccolini.
